Hearth Cooking Class

It is time for Heart to Hearth Cookery’s annual fall hearth cooking class at Historic Bolton Mansion, Levittown, PA. The date will be Saturday November 5, 2022 with a starting time of 10 am. The class prepares a dinner using receipts (recipes) from historic receipt books/manuscripts at the 18th century hearth and then we dine in the parlor. (estimated end time 5 to 6 pm).

I limit the number of participants and the class has a few openings at this time. In order to maximize learning experiences, I do not write the bill of fare until after I know the participants.
